Face to Face Workshops are run with schools, groups, corporates and sports clubs. They typically run over 3 hours to cover a basic introduction to self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mental wellbeing and developing tools to use for yourself. We also tailor these if you have an area of specific concern such as mental-health, bullying, body-image or team work. These are supported by our bespoke Workbook and where possible, group work.
Online Workshops are run through Zoom. We utilise break out groups, polls and Padlet to keep it engaging. We cover the same topics but alter the format to keep participants contributing.
