This will be a fun-filled and interactive summer camp for young people. During the four days, they will develop skills in physical self-defense, emotional self-defense, and mental well-being. The aim of the camp is to help your child/ren build confidence in their physical, emotional and mental capabilities, to develop tools and ways to protect themselves going forwards. Over the four days, there will be a combination of indoor and outdoor activities. This will include physical self-defense, tag rugby, rounders, self-esteem workshop, mental health literacy workshop and wellbeing tools.
At Naas RFC, there will be a full three day camp from 9.30am to 4pm. This will be €120 per child.
Sibling discount will be applied for second and subsequent siblings.
There is the option to try out one day, on Wednesday 16th, and then if you decide to attend the rest of the camp, the value will be deducted from the overall fee.
The groups will be split into Minis (those finished 4th and 5th Class) and Movers (Moving to 1st Year) along with Youths (those finished 1st and 2nd Year) and Mentors (those finished 3rd Year and TY) who are looking to gain skills around leadership and mentoring.

"It's great for building confidence for kids and friendly atmosphere. My son was worried about the camp and didn't want to go I told Caroline how he was feeling and by the end of the day he was loving it and at the end of the week he was sad it was over."
"I have highly recommended the camp to other parents. It is the only course available that caters for childrens wellbeing and great for building confidence."
