Join fellow Transition Year, 5th & 6th Year students on Thursdays from around the country over Zoom.  Over thirteen weeks, discover your self-awareness and how to develop skills to protect your emotional and mental health!  Build your emotional intelligence (top 4 skill employers want you to have) and how to translate this onto your CV!!  This programme will help you to understand mental health, how common mental ill health is and tools to help yourself for years to come.  You will receive a copy of the “I am EiSHT” workbook to help you throughout the twelve weeks and to help you for years to come.  We’ll cover a number of topics including:

Emotional Intelligence
Self-Esteem & Confidence
Learning & Communication
Conflict & Values
Journaling Topics
Observational Behaviour
Guided Journaling
Goal Setting
Intentional Journaling
Relationships
Creating your Self-Aware CV to improve your employability

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation and will have a group of friends from around the country who have completed this club with you.

Club for TRANSITION YEAR, 5th & 6th Year students are Thursday At 9pm for one hour

FROM Thursday  13th January 2022 and limited to 15 places.
