Description
We have a new programme for Autumn 2023. This will be a montly peer mentoring course for students aged 15+ in second level education. We will cover Emotional & Mental Self-Defence across the 12 weeks. Join fellow teens, aged 15 to 18, on Mondays over Zoom. Over twelve sessions, let's expand on your self-awareness and how to develop skills to protect your emotional and mental health! This programme will help you to further develop your:

and Peer Mentoring
Club for teens aged 15 to 18 are on Monday At 8.30pmpm for one hour
